The challenge isn't finding a single winning strategy. It's abandoning a strategy you've already sunk millions into — before it drags you under.
Every decision is a trade-off. Push for maximum capacity and your planes fly half-empty. Increase frequencies and reliability slips. Pour money into maintenance and your cash reserves dry up. There is no optimal metric to maximize — only judgment calls you'll have to live with.
